Yes sir! I don't love being up there either...but the more you play on that lift, the less you remember that you should be scared. My wife found me stretching out on top of the cupolas the first time I repaired the barn....it was time to get off the roof....
Greetings Holly! I picked up the engine block and crankshaft from the machine shop last week.. Once I get the engine rebuilt, I will get back to putting it back together again. Soon!!
If Mr. Pullup had been around, we would have hand started it ;-)
Calling me out Mat! Ha! You are right :-). Next time you come over, I am putting you in charge of replacing that cotter pin and getting both ends bent correctly ;-)
Yea baby....although we don't see them up in this part of the world. Glad you are on the mend!

Many thanks for the support Nick!

Appreciate the support Steve! So yes, the transfer case and transmission have the TM9 Shade 8/319 on it. The driveshafts were painted with the Long Olive Drab Line paint and then were handled a bit with less than clean hands....darkened right up. Still on the fence about what to use....

Making progress on the "10 foot" paint job on the M29 Weasel. My bride asked "what's a 10 foot paint job". I explained..."looks good at 10 feet".....not so much up close. I generally don't like doing temporary work, but this machine will be displayed several times over the next month and I would rather have it look a little more presentable.

Enjoy your week!
