We got tired of restoration shows that skip the hard parts, or serve you drama instead of teaching you about first principles.

ShopTime™ was born out of that frustration.

We operate a shop that repairs and restores vintage equipment.  We film our work. Many of these old vehicles and equipment are our own. We also do work for outside customers. 

We believe in "teaching a man to fish."   We are here to help you understand how things actually work and understand the principles in operation that led to these designs. One part mechanic, one part archeologist, one part physics professor.

This older technology worked well when it was designed. It may not perform quite as well as new technology, but these vehicles were reliable and serviceable in their prime. We will help you get your machine right.
