Fire that bad boy up....actually....I am seeing another tracked vehicle...hmmmm...it kinda looks like a Scout Car....is that a Half track I see?

Welcome aboard Howard and thanks for the comment. Tom picked up the jeep on Thursday and three of us worked on the windshield for the better part of an hour. We ultimately decided that Tom would buy the repro hinge for the outer frame and we would spot weld it back on. He should have the hinge this week and then a little work and all can be right in the world again! My shop is empty - OK...not really....but more open than normal! Weasel parts are next!!

You are the first comment on this platform! WOOO HOOO. I am going to send you something special with the t-shirt :-) I need to add those little support brackets to the rear panel of my jeep - field mod for that era to keep from cracking due to weight but I have been procrastinating because I didn't want to deal with the paint. At this point, I have a couple of fixes, so soon. Once I get those brackets installed, I will start keeping fuel in there and I like the tube idea. Thanks again!
